In collaboration with the 11th Street Workshop, we painted a series of custom scenery walls with a refined faux concrete finish.

The design intent was to strike a careful balance: evoke the urban character of concrete without veering into a distressed or overly industrial aesthetic. The goal was subtle texture and depth — not heavy-handed grit.

Rather than applying traditional concrete overlays, we developed a proprietary paint system and employed layered, controlled application techniques to achieve a soft, ultra-matte surface. The final effect suggests concrete through tone and movement rather than texture, delivering a contemporary finish that feels architectural, restrained, and sophisticated.

Working under a compressed timeline, our team completed the project within days while maintaining the precision and finish quality required.
